摘 要:大学里非英语专业学生的一个值得注意的问题是口语差,其中一个典型的现象是说话时语言不恰当,比如选词不合适、出现难于让人接受的表达、令人不舒服或尴尬的信息、甚至导致交流的完全失败,这与学生缺乏语域意识有密切关系。社会交际是复杂的,因为有时你得非常微妙地去应对才行。提高口语最基础的任务应该是先学会在不同的环境和语境中正确和灵活地表达,有效的教学也可能成为一个积极因素,使学生在学习中受益匪浅。A notable problem with non-English major students in universities is poor oral English and the typical phenomenon is the inappropriateness of the language when speaking,such as improper word choices,unacceptable expressions,uncomfortable or embarrassing information,or even total failures of exchanging,which are closely related to the students' poor awareness of register.Social communication is complicated since it sometimes should be dealt with very delicately.To improve oral English,the most basic task should be learning to speak correctly and flexibly in varying contexts.Effective teaching can also be a great stimulus to students which helps them a lot in their learning.
