摘  要:教学制度因教学活动而存在,教学活动的进行需要教学制度的保障。教学制度的规范性、公共性、稳定性和现实性与教学活动的创新性、个体性、动态性和可能性相互规定,相反相成。只有在以人的发展为旨归的教学终极关怀中不断走向辩证统一,才能倡导教学民主,保障教学自由,涵养教学情怀,塑造教学生活,促进教学发展。Teaching system only exists with teaching activity, and teaching activity requires the guarantee of teaching system. Teaching system has the characteristics of regularity, publicity, stability and practice, while teaching activity has the characteristics of novelty, individuality, instability and possibility. Both of them are opposite and complementary to each other. Only when they achieve dialectical unity in the final care of a person's development can we advocate the teaching democracy, ensure the teaching freedom, cherish the generosity, shape the teaching life and promote the development of teaching.
