摘  要:由于教育行政部门在教师成长的标准和认定方式上存在偏差,用强势的行政力量,通过工程化来"打造"优秀教师,许多优秀教师其实是一种不循成长规律、非全面性和功利性的"假性成长"。教育行政部门应该树立正确的教师成长观,改进行政管理,改革教师成长标准和认定方式,促进教师的有效成长。Since there appears some serious deviations in the standards of teachers' development and their accreditation by educational administration, which makes excellent teachers by the power of administration or by projects. This development of the teachers doesn' t abide the regulation of development, in fact it is a non-fully and pragmatic false development. The educational administration must hold a correct ideology of teachers ' development, improve the management, reform the standards and accreditation of the teachers' development so as to promote the teachers' effective development.
