摘  要:研究了用高效液相色谱柱后衍生化荧光检测测定栗子和松籽中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的方法。本文同时测定了栗子和松籽中11种氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留量。样品用乙腈均质法提取,凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化。对样品进行添加回收率实验,分别添加0.02、0.05、0.1mg/kg,回收率在72.56%~96.25%之间,RSD为1.30%~6.57%,检测限为0.22~0.40μg/kg,适合栗子和松籽中氨基甲酸酯类农残的检测需要。A high performance liquid chromatographic method with post-column fluorescence derivatization for the simultaneous determination of carbamate pesticides in chestnut and pine nut was described. 11 carbamates in chestnut and pine nut were determined.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile by blender homogenization and removed through an gel permeation chromatography (GPC) to purify the sample.Recoveries were optained by fortifying nut(spiking at 0.02,0.05,0.1mg/kg levels),recoveries ranged from 72.56% to 96.25% , RSD from 1.30% to 6.57%, limit of detection from 0.22μg/kg to 0.40μg/kg.lt fit the determination needed for the carbamate pesticides residue in chestnut and pine nut.
