工学结合模式下高职教学管理问题与对策

摘　　要：工学结合模式下,高职教学管理应以开放的姿态面向社会、企业、工作岗位群,拓展教学空间与时间;建立"校企两元协同、校内多方联动"的工学结合教学管理机构;建立基于工学结合的教学质量保障机制和柔性教学管理机制;建立以工作预防、实时监控与及时纠偏为主线的教学质量监控体系,并实现教学质量评价主体的多元化、评价实施的过程化、评价形式的多样化。Under the model of working and learning combination,teaching management of higher vocational education should be open to social,enterprise and working post group,and try to expand teaching space and time; build the teaching management institution of ＂harmonization of school and enterprise and linkage of various sides inside schools＂ ; construct teaching quality assurance mechanism and flexible teaching management mechanism based on working and learning combination; build the teaching quality monitoring system taking working prevention,real time monitoring and rectifying deviation as the main thread; try to achieve diversity of teaching quality evaluation subjects,processing of evaluation implementation and diversity of evaluation mode.
