摘  要:目的完善外科学试题库建设,总结外科学教考分离经验,检验教学效果。方法对我校医学二系2005级临床医学专业136名本科学生的外科学实行教考分离,试卷从自建外科学试题库中抽取,使用试卷定量分析系统对期末考试成绩进行统计分析。结果试卷分析表明从自建试题库抽取的试卷设计较合理,试题难度和区分度属中等。成绩分析表明,分数近似正态分布。结论本试卷能较全面地考核学生对外科学的掌握程度,试卷难度适中,但是区分度不高,值得以后改进。Objective To test the effect of teaching experience,improve the construction of bank of test questions and summarize the teaching experience of surgery.Methods The separation of teaching and testing was performed in 136 undergraduate students in clinical surgery of 2005,and the final examination results were analyzed by Paper Quantitative Analysis System.Results All the questions of the paper were extracted from the bank of test questions,and paper analysis showed that the examination paper was designed reasonable while performance analysis showed that the scores approximate normal distribution.Conclusion We can assess the surgery proficiency of students by this test paper.Though the difficulty of the examination paper is moderate,the differentiation is not high,which should be improved to provide the basis and experience for perfecting the construction of bank of test questions and implementing separation of teaching and testing in our university.
