摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对医学研究生创新思维能力的自我认知情况进行分析研究。结果发现,虽然医学研究生具备一定的创新意识,创新思维能力和创新技巧较好,但年级间存在着差异。因此,应当根据医学研究生对自身创新思维认知的具体情况有针对地制定培养方案,以提高他们的创新思维能力。This analysis research was with medical postgraduates, and adopted questionnaire to carry on the investigation to the self--cognition of innovation thinking ability. We find medical postgraduates have certain innovation concept, innovation skills and innovative thinking ability, but there are some differences between grades. Therefore,we should make training program for the purpose of improving their innovative thinking ability according to their idiographic situation of self--cognition of innovation thinking ability.
