日语空间词“かたわら”和“そばから”的语义引申探析

摘　　要：以前的研究将空间词引申出时间义的语义变化现象分析为空间域朝时间域的隐喻性映射。对日语空间邻近词"かたわら"和"そばから"语义变化的研究揭示,这个分析不足以解释复杂的时空义引申现象,该复杂现象需要从隐喻和转喻的复杂结合中获得解释。It is claimed that metaphorical mapping from space domain to time domain can interpret the mechanism of semantic extension of spatial expressions to temporal meaning.By analyzing the semantic change of Japanese spatial expressions katawara and sobakara,this article shows that such an approach cannot adequately interpret the complicated cases of semantic extension of spatial expressions to temporal meaning,and that the issue of space-time semantic extension can be actually explained in terms of the complex interaction of metaphor and metonymy.
