摘　　要：从江苏某啤酒厂的实例介绍了基于ADAM-5000TCP工业以太网和WebAccess软件的啤酒发酵监控系统。阐述了该系统的设计方法,以及系统各个模块的功能。Due to the craft of beer fermentation, this paper introduced the beer fermentation supervisory control system based on industry ethernet of ADAM-5000TCP and the configuration soft-ware of WebAccess. The author explained the constitution of the system, and introduced the function of every module in details. This system had been applied in a beer enterprise in Jiangsu province.
