摘 要:以芭蕉芋酒糟为原料,利用具有降解纤维素和半纤维素能力的黑曲霉和高蛋白产朊假丝酵母混合发酵,生产蛋白质饲料。确定了酵母接种时间、混合发酵时间、培养基含水量、初始pH、营养盐组成和添加量以及装瓶量。结果表明:真蛋白质含量比发酵开始增加了54.22%,达到17.69%;粗纤维含量比发酵开始减少了23.50%,为9.31%;总糖和还原糖含量降幅较大,分别为98.1和98.4%;粗脂肪含量也有一定程度增加。Aspergillus niger with the ability of degrading cellulose and semi-cellulose and high-protein Candida utilis were used for mixed fermentation in the production of protein feed from distiller's grain of edible canna. The optimal inoculation time of Candida utilis, the optimal period of fermentation, the optimal initial moisture, the optimal initial pH, the composes and adding amount of nutritional salt as well as the optimal amount of raw materials were determined. The results indicated that in comparison with the values at beginning of fermentation the content of true protein was up to 17.69%, increased by 54.22%, the content of crude cellulose was 9.31%, decreased by 23.50%, the sharp fall of total sugar and reducing sugar was 98.1% and 98.4% respectively, moreover, the content of crude was also increased in certain degree.
