摘　　要：本校企合作是高职教育发展的重要途径,高职院校引入优秀的企业文化,构建具有鲜明"职业"特色的校园文化,对于实现人才培养目标,促进高职学生"零距离"就业,创建办学特色是非常必要的。本文阐述了高职院校校园文化与企业文化融合的必要性,探析了将企业文化融入高职院校校园文化的途径。FThe cooperation between school and enterprise is an important way for the development of higher vocational education. The higher vocational colleges make an introduction of excellent corporate culture, build the distinctive campus culture of ＂vocation＂ , which is very necessary for the achievement of personnel training objectives, development of ＂zero distance＂ employment for the vocational students and creation of specific education. This paper elaborates the necessity of the integration between campus culture and corporate culture, and probes into the ways that the corporate culture is integrated into the campus culture.
