摘　　要：同伴指导是校本教研的一种方式,以跨学科、跨年级的教育经验丰富的资深优秀教师为指导教师和多位处于相同阶段的初任教师结成同伴指导小组来促进初任教师专业发展,缩短了初任教师的"磨合期",在初任教师专业发展的起始阶段,同伴指导是促进其专业发展的有效途径。Peer coaching is one of the teaching and research activities in our school.It consists of interdisciplinary and cross-grade senior teachers who serve as the coaching teachers and guide beginning teachers as peer coaching groups.It can promote professional development of beginning teachers,narrow their training stage and turn out to be an effective approach to their professional development.
