摘  要:[目的]探讨营养教学与健康教育相结合对卫校学生营养KAP的影响。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,设置营养教学结合健康教育组、单纯营养教学组和对照组,在基线调查的基础上,进行干预试验,研究营养教学与营养健康教育对学生营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)的影响。[结果]①学生营养知识较为欠缺,近半数学生的营养知识问题回答正确率未达50%,存在一定的不良饮食习惯。②经过营养学课程开设和营养健康教育,学生营养知识掌握情况有明显提高,牛奶,水果、鸡蛋等食物摄入频率有所增加,偏食行为有一定改善,但是零食与挑食情况没有显著变化。[结论]营养教学与营养健康教育对学生的营养知识提高和饮食态度、行为改善起到了一定的效果,尤其是教学结合健康教育效果更为明显。[Objective] To explore the effects of nutrition teaching combined with health education on the nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice of students in nurse school.[Methods] Using cluster sampling method,we set up nutrition teaching combined with health education group,simple nutrition teaching group and control group.An intervention trial basing on baseline survey was conducted to study the effects of nutrition teaching and health education on the nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) of Students.[Results] The students were lack of knowledge on nutrition,and nearly half of them couldn't correctly answer half of the nutrition knowledge questions,and they had some bad eating habits.After nutrition teaching and nutritional propaganda,the nutrition knowledge level of these students raised significantly.The intake frequencies of milk,fruit and egg increased,food preference habits were improved,but snacks and choosy food did not significant change.[Conclusion] The nutrition teaching and nutritional propaganda was effective in increasing the nutritional knowledge level and improving the nutrition attitude and practice,especially the effect of the nutrition knowledge teaching combined with nutritional propaganda is obvius.
