摘  要:利用碰撞仿真分析软件MADYMO,建立了包括客车车体、安全带和假人的乘客约束系统正面碰撞模型;对模型进行计算求解后得到乘员头部、胸部伤害响应曲线和HIC、胸部3MS加速度、胸部压缩量等损伤值.与实车碰撞试验结果进行对比可知,模型较真实地反映了碰撞试验过程.利用该模型对安全带形式、座椅间距、坐垫倾角和靠背刚度对乘员的HIC、胸部3MS加速度、胸部压缩量和左右大腿力等损伤值的影响进行了比较研究,分别得到了4个座椅设计参数与乘员损伤值的关系,提出了减小乘员伤害的方法.A passenger constraint system model for a bus, including bodies, safety belts and a dummy, was established based on the software MADYMO for impact simulation. After computing the model, the passenger injury curves of its head and chest, and injury values such as HIC, T3MS and Thpc, were obtained. Comparing with their results of a vehicle test, the simulation values truly reflected the process of impact. The influence of design parameters, such as belts, seat spacing, cushion angle and backrest stiffness on passenger injury values, was studied. The relationship between above 4 design parameters and passenger injury values was obtained, and the measure of reducing the passenger injury values was proposed.
