摘　　要：对重庆城市管理职业学院非英语专业二年级学生的英语课外学习进行问卷调查并对调查结果进行分析,针对调查结果存在的问题,提出提高高职学生英语个性化自主学习能力的建议,做到课堂英语教学与课外英语学习的有机统一。The survey and analyses about after-class English learning have been conducted by questionnaire among second-year non-English majors at Chongqing City Management Vocational College.Aiming at the problems analyzed in the survey,some positive suggestions about how to improve vocational college students＇ individualized autonomous learning competence and how to combine classroom English teaching and after-class English learning are put forward.
