摘　　要：如今的大学校园里,"80后"与"90后"这两个特殊群体正以师生名义朝夕相对,由于各有其时代的特殊性使得二者之间呈现出一种新型的师生关系。通过分析其关系特征及成因,提出管理对策。IIn the university campuses today,the political instructors born in 1980s and the students born in 1990s are the two special groups of teacher-student relation.Due to the characteristics in these two decades,the two groups have shown a new type of teacher-student relationship.This paper tries to,after an analysis on the causes for this special relationship,propose some measures for the management.
