摘　　要：提高教师教学效能，培养实用型人材是实现职业教育的关键所在，这也是职业学校立足的根本。本文从职教教师的内涵分析比较，指出教师效能对学生的发展所起的重要性，对如何提高教师效能提出建议。Improving teachers＇effectiveness and cultivating more applicable students are the keys and bases of vocational teaching. According to the analysis of the vocational teachers＇effectiveness, the paper refers to the importance of the teacher - efficacy to the development of students and put forward some suggestions on the improvement of teacher - effectiveness.
