摘　　要：实践教学在高职院校人才培养过程中占有十分重要的地位。本文以广东外语艺术职业学院商务英语专业的实践教学改革为例,探索基于"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向"理念的实践教育模式的创新,构建具有商务英语专业特色的"工学结合、分层推进"实践教学模式,并在实践过程中取得良好的成效。Practical teaching plays an important role in the process of talents cultivation in higher vocational education institutions.This paper takes the reform of practical training model of Business English program in Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Art as an example to explore the innovation of practical education model based on the idea of ＂service as objective,employment as direction＂ for the establishment of practical teaching model as ＂integration of work and study,layers-built promotion＂ for the features of Business English program and to achieve good results in the process of practices.
