摘　　要：分析国外高等职业教育校企合作成功实例,总结其校企合作在培养终身技术型人才给各国的经济带来突飞猛进的发展。通过国外校企合作的成功经验,深入研究我国职业教育校企合作存在的问题及待改善之处。重点提出我国校企合作的发展不仅需政府提供相应的支持,更需高职院校积极与企业联合办学,规范校企合作的教育体系,建立起产学研相结合的教育模式,同时也吸纳和锻炼出一批优秀的"双师型"人才教师。Through analyzing the successful experiences of school-enterprise cooperation abroad,we can do in-depth study for the existing problems in China＇s higher vocational education.The development of school-enterprise cooperation not only needs government＇s support,but needs to cooperate actively in education for standardizing educational system and establishing the educational models based on the integration of production,study,and research.
