摘  要:目的:对软枣猕猴桃果中类SOD(Superoxide disutase like简称SOD-L)进行了提取与研究。方法:通过联苯三酚自氧化法对软枣猕猴桃果中SOD-L活性进行分析。结果:测得软枣猕猴桃干果SOD-L的活力为1542.86μ/g;在280 nm有特征性吸收峰;在Mg2+和Cu2+的存在时SOD-L的活性有着不同程度的增强;SOD-L的最适温度在40℃;最适pH8.0。结论:软猕猴桃果含有丰富的SOD-L。Purpose This paper research the extraction of the category Superoxide disutase like in Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc) Planch.Methods This experiment extract and analysis is through using pyrogallol since the oxidation of Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc) Planch category Superoxide disutase like.Results we measured ex-tract of Superoxide disutase like vigor dry fruit in Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc) Planch was 1542.86μ/g.Su-peroxide disutase like in the bran has a typical absorption at 280 nm.in Mg2+ Cu2+ the presence of Superoxide disutase like activity categories have different degrees increase.Superoxide disutase like activity of actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc) Planch in the bran had an obvious optimum stability at the condition of 40 ℃ and pH8.0.Conclusion There is rich superoxide disutase like in the fruit of actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc) planch.
