摘 要:目的:研究桦褐孔菌提取物对高尿酸血症大鼠的影响。方法:通过对雄性Wistar大鼠灌胃15 g/(kg.d)酵母膏,皮下注射200 mg/(kg.d)氧嗪酸钾诱导大鼠血尿酸升高。观察桦褐孔菌醇提物及多糖低、高剂量对大鼠的影响。每周尾静脉采血1次,测定血清中尿酸SUA含量。试验结束时大鼠股动脉取血,分离血清测定与高尿酸血症和肾损伤相关的血液生化指标。脏器称重(肝、肾、脾、心脏),计算脏器指数。结果:桦褐孔菌提取物可在不同程度上降低肾指数和肝指数。桦褐孔菌醇提物高剂量组极显著降低血清尿酸(SUA)值(P<0.01),醇提物低剂量组、多糖低剂量和多糖高剂量血清尿酸值显著降低(P<0.05)。桦褐孔菌醇提物高剂量与多糖高剂量组可显著降低血清黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活力(P<0.05)。桦褐孔菌醇提物高剂量组可极显著降低血清肌酐(Cr)值(P<0.01)。多糖高剂量组可极显著降低血清尿素氮(BUN)值(P<0.01)。结论:桦褐孔菌提取物可降低高尿酸血症模型大鼠血清尿酸水平,减轻尿酸性肾损伤。The main study is the effect of the extract of Inonotus obliquus on male hyperuricemia model.Method: Hyperuricemia models were made on male wistar mice by yeast extract paste Ig 15 g/(kg.d) and potassium oxonate Ip 200 mg/(kg.d).Investigate the effect of ethanol extract and polysaccharides in Inonotus Obliquus.At 7 d,14 d,21 d,the blood uric acid level of mice were examined.At 28 d,other datas of hyperuricemia and kidney injury were examined.The indexs of liver,kidney,spleen and heart were tested.Result: The extract of Inonotus Obliquus decreased the index of kidney and liver to some extend.The high-level extract decreased the uric acid level significantly(P0.01).The low-level ethanol extract and the low-level polysaccharides extract decreased the uric acid level(P0.05).The high-level ethanol extract and the high-level polysaccharides extract decreased XOD activities(P0.05).The high-level ethanol extract decreased the concentration of Cr significantly(P0.01),the high-level polysaccharides extract decreased the concentration of BUN significantly(P0.01).Conclusion: The extract of Inonotus Obliquus decreased the blood uric acid level of model mice and released kidney injury.
