摘  要:首先优化了壳聚糖对模拟含镉水溶液中重金属镉离子的吸附条件,进而应用于脱附牡蛎肉匀浆液中重金属镉离子的研究。实验结果表明:壳聚糖吸附模拟含镉水溶液中重金属镉离子的最佳用量为0·5g,吸附最佳时间为6h,最佳pH为8,在此条件下壳聚糖对模拟含镉水溶液中镉离子的吸附率达91·0%以上,吸附容量达730mg/g。牡蛎贝肉经酸水解后,采用壳聚糖脱附贝肉匀浆液中的重金属镉离子,在选定的最佳条件下对镉吸附率均超过98·0%,表明壳聚糖对贝类水解液中的镉具有较强的吸附性能。The condition of adsorption cadmium ion from the simulation of wastewater was optimized,and the condition of desorption heavy metals cadmium ion was explored in the homogenate of poyster by chitosan. The experimental results showed that:the best amount of chitosan adsorption of cadmium ion was 0.5g,the best pH value was 8,the best time for the adsorption was 6h. under this condition,the adsorption rate of cadmium ions can be achieved more than 91% using chitosan in the simulated wastewater. Oyster flesh through by acid hydrolysis,using the best conditions of chitosan adsorption-desorption heavy metals in wastewater for cadmium ions,the adsorption rate of heavy metals cadmium ions reached 98.0% in the flesh homogenate liquid desorption.
