摘　　要：作为我国西北地区的一种重要的固沙植物,白刺及其果实的功能性研究近年受到了人们越来越多的关注。本文全面总结了白刺属植物的化学成分种类与含量,并在此基础上对白刺属植物中主要功能物质的营养作用、保健功能的最新进展进行了总结,讨论了其开发利用的前景。The function research of Nitraria.L,which is an important sand-fixation plant in Northwest China,has aroused the attentions of researchers in recent years. This paper comprehensively summarized the chemical components of Nitraria.L. In particular,the latest progresses in functionalities of flavonoids were summed up. On this basis,recent advances in nutrition and health care functions of Nitraria were reviewed. Furthermore,the prospect for the development and utilization of it was discussed.
