摘  要:本研究采用总体幸福感、教师教学动机量表,从新手—熟手—专家型教师的角度出发,对中学教师的主观幸福感和教学动机进行研究。结果表明:(1)教学动机和主观幸福感总体上处于较高水平;内部教学动机是影响主观幸福感的有效变量。(2)新手型教师的主观幸福感较高,教学动机具有强烈而表层的特点,提高其外部动机可以有效地增强主观幸福感。(3)熟手型教师处于成长中的苦恼阶段,可以从内部动机去增强其主观幸福感。(4)专家型教师的主观幸福感和教学动机都很高,内部教学动机和外部教学动机都能够对其主观幸福感产生重要影响。The study focused on novice, proficient and expert high school teachers and used the subjective well-being questionnaire and teachers' teaching motivation questionnaire in the tests. The result indicated that 1) nowadays the subjective well-being and teaching motivation of high school teachers were of a high level; the internal teaching motivation was an effective variable which influenced subjective well-being; teachers' internal motivation would forecast subjective well-being; 2) The subjective well-being of novice teachers was high and their motivation was external, so improving "their external motivation would effectively enhance their subjective well-being; 3) proficient teachers were in a dilemma and their growth could be promoted through their internal motivation; 4) Both subjective well-being and teaching motivation of expert teachers were both high, and both internal and external teaching motivation would play an important part in the improvement of their subjective well-being.
