深圳市居民食品安全知识、态度和行为的调查

摘　　要：[目的]为充分了解深圳市居民对食品安全现状的满意程度,更好地保障广大居民的饮食安全,特进行本次调查。[方法]采用匿名自填问卷的形式,回答关于食品安全知识、态度和行为状况的问题。[结果]深圳居民的食品安全意识比较强,但食品安全知识状况不佳,食品安全行为更不容乐观。[结论]政府对食品安全问题的监管增加力度的同时,要研究构建食品安全教育体系,提高居民的食品安全知识,改善食品安全行为。[Objective] To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） about food safety among residents in Shenzhen,and to ensure the food safety of residents.[Methods] A questionnaire survey about the food safety KAP was conducted among residents.[Results] The residents had high level in knowledge about food safety but low levels in attitude and practice.[Conclusion] In order to improve KAP of the residents,the government should enhance the management of food safety,and set up the food safety education system.
