机电类专业人才培养的一些思考

摘　　要：目前机电专业是工科高校中学生最多的专业之一,这与几年前计算机专业十分火爆相似,但计算机专业只过了几年就被国家宣布为紧缺人才的同时步入了招生和就业都相对困难的境地。究其原因是高校培养的计算机人才不是IT企业需要的,因此机电专业只有认真研究装备制造业的发展需求,针对装备制造业的发展趋势与集中群的"龙头"企业开展校企合作,培养装备制造业需要的适销对路人才,才可避免重蹈计算机专业的复辙。At present,the number of students in electromechanical major is one of the largest in engineering colleges,which is similar to computer major as a hot profesion a few years ago.However,shortly after computer specialized graduate was announced as tight talents by the state government,computer sufferred a dilemma of enrolment and employment which is due to the fact that the talents trained by colleges and universities are not the ones wanted by the IT enterprises.In order to avoid making the same old disastrous road as computer major,we have to do nothing but study assiduously the development demand of the equipment manufacturing industry and cooperate with the leading enterprises according to the development trend of the equipment manufacturing industry and train the talents who can meet the market demands and easy to obtain employment.
