摘　　要：通过对云南高职院校学生活动现状调查,表明高职院校开展学生活动对"育人"有积极的作用,归纳和分析了影响"活动育人"的工作因素,提出了高职院校"活动育人"工作存在的主要问题以及解决问题的对策。Through investigation to the current situation of students＇ activities in Yunnan vocational colleges,the results indicate that educating people by activities has a positive effect.The paper summarizes and analyzes working factors affecting ＂educating people by activities＂,points out the existing main problems and solutions to them in the activities.
