加强我国法学专业实践教学的思考

摘　　要：国外重视法学实践教学,法学实践教学时间长、内容丰富;我国法学实践教学存在着理念和地位未受到充分重视,法学实践教学时间少,缺乏内容的系统性、规范性和教学条件的支持等问题;应转变实践教学理念,增加法学实践教学时间,完善合理的教学内容体系,加大经济和政策投入,建立科学的评价考核体系,健全法学实践教学的管理和监督机制。Law practice teaching is highly focused in western countries.Their law practice teaching period is long with rich content.While in China,the idea and position of law practice teaching are not paid much attention to,practice teaching hours is tight,content is not systematic and standardized,teaching support is insufficient,etc.Therefore,we should change practice teaching philosophy,add teaching time,perfect teaching content system,increase economic input and policy support,establish a scientific evaluation and examination system,as well as improve administrative and oversight mechanisms of law practice teaching.
