解析高职人才培养方案的自顶向下设计

摘　　要：由于高等职业教育的人才培养已经有了明确的学业标准、就业面向和作业规范,这就使得高职人才培养方案的自顶向下设计成为可能。本文在此基础上,进一步阐述了价值层面的培养目标设计,知识、能力与素质层面的课程设计和行为层面的教学模式设计及其实施。Because the talent training of higher vocational education has its explicit academic standards,employment direction and job specification,the top-down design of the talent training plan of higher vocational education is possible,on which this paper exposits further the design of the train objectives in value level,the curriculum design of knowledge,skill and quality,and the teaching model design of behavior and the implementation of the design.
