摘　　要：基于价值工程的功能分析思想对网络课程的基本属性和基本功能进行了说明,分析了当前高校网络课程的现实功能,得出了价值工程思想对高校网络课程建设的启示。It is explained of the essential properties and the key functions to the web-based course,based on the function analysis thinking of Value Engineering. We analyze the actual functions of the web-based course in college. And we draw the inspirations about the construction of the web-based course in college from Value Engineering.
