科学发展观视域下的高校师德建设长效机制探析

摘　　要：当前,高校必须在科学发展观指导下,牢牢把握科学发展观的内涵,大力加强高校师德建设。通过建立全面领导齐抓共管,依据有关法规、条例完善约束制度,制定和完善有效的激励机制和奖惩制度等措施,引导教师增强政治责任感。最终提高教师素质,提高教学质量,培养全面发展适应全面建设小康社会的社会主义建设者和接班人。Currently,Higher educational institution must hold connotation of Scientific concept of development and vigorously strengthen the building of College Teachers,Under the guidance of scientific concept of development.Through the establishment of worked together to manage the over all direction,according to relevant laws and regulations,or dinances perfect binding system,set up and improve an effective incentive mechanism and rewards and penalties and other measures to guide teachers to enhance the sense of political responsibility.And ultimately it improve the quality of teachers and training all-round development to adapt to building a moderately prosperous society in socialist builders and successors.
