摘　　要：针对传统教学方法存在的弊端,从实验教学内容、教学模式和实验考核方法等方面对微生物学实验的教学方法和内容进行了改革和探索,结果显示该实验教学模式更有利于培养学生的动手能力、创新能力以及综合实验能力,教学效果较好。In trying to overcome the defects of traditional experimental teaching way, studying from the experimental contents, experimental teaching pattern and the ways of checking the students＇ work and taking reforming are done. The result shows the new experimental teaching pattern contributes to the cultivation of the students＇ abilities of performing experiment, the ways of thinking, creativity and comprehensive analysis. Its microbiology experimental teaching effect is better.
