摘　　要：教育质量的高低,关键取决于教师队伍的整体素质,加快教师专业化的进程是提高我国中小学教师质量的一个重要策略。教师事业化是教师专业化发展的高级阶段,并对现行教师价值观提出了严峻挑战。The quality of education depends on the whole quality of faculty members.To speed up the process of professionalization of teachers is one of the important strategies to improve the quality of primary and high school teachers in China.Careerization of teachers,the high stage of professionalization of teachers,challenges the present teachers＇ views of values.
