摘  要:二战后,日本文部省于1948年开始着手改革高等职业教育,逐渐创立了以短期大学、高等专门学校、专门学校为主体的高等职业教育机构。在半个世纪的发展历程中,这些机构的办学功能随着社会和经济的发展而转变,由设立时以职业技术教育为主要目的演变为既注重职业教育,也注重转学教育;既重视社区服务功能,也重视发挥继续教育和普通教育的作用。After World War II,the Ministry of Education of Japan started the reform of higher vocational education in 1948.It gradually established the Junior College,Higher specialized school and specialized school as the main institutions of higher vocational education.In the course of development for half a century,with the changes of society and economy,the functions of these institutions had transferred gradually.In contrast with emphasizing vocational and technical education in the early establishment,their main purpose had evolved to focus on both vocational education and transfer education,as well as community service and the role of continuing education and general education.
