摘  要:在具体的职业活动中,专业能力、方法能力和社会能力交织在一起,在教学过程中,要将三种能力作为一个整体来培养。除专业能力外,高职管理类专业更加侧重学生方法能力和社会能力的培养。根据管理类专业能力培养要求,管理类专业宜以"案例、流程、问题"为中心进行人才培养。同时,构建专业基础知识和职业技能两大课程体系,采用案例导向、任务驱动的教学方法,实施以职业情境为载体,教师与企业共同评价的双元考评机制。In specific professional activities, professional abilities, method capabilities and social competence are intertwined. In the teaching process, we should develop three kinds of capabilities as a whole. Apart from professional skills, the management specialty in higher vocational education should give more emphasis on cultivation of student’s method abilities and social abilities. According to the requirements of management majors, management specialty should carry out personnel training taking "case, process, problem"as the center. At the same time, two basic course systems of professional basic knowledge and skills should be built, the case-oriented and mission-driven teaching methods should be adopted and the dual evaluation mechanism participated by teachers as well as business and taking professional context as the carrier can be evaluated.
