开展临床护理职业防护教育的思路

摘　　要：通过分析我国现阶段护理职业防护教育的实际情况及存在的问题,提出临床护理职业防护教育的思路：成立护理职业安全委员会及护理职业防护教育组,建立职业防护技能训练室,创办院内护理杂志,建立和健全护理职业防护教育的考核制度、教育效果评价体系等,以增强护士职业安全防护意识及行为,使护士熟练掌握职业安全防护技术,在临床医疗护理工作中自觉运用职业防护并形成稳定的职业行为,减少职业暴露的发生,最大限度地保障护士的职业安全。Based on the situation and problems existing in occupational protection education for clinical nurses in China,the authors put forward the direction of developing occupational protection education：establishing the nursing occupational safety committee and nursing occupation protection education unit in the hospital,setting up the occupation protection skills training room,founding hospital nursing magazine,and perfecting the examination system and evaluation system of education effect and so on. The aim is to strengthen nurses＇ occupational protection consciousness and behavior,help them to skillfully master the technique of occupational protection,consciously apply occupational protection and form the stable occupational behavior,reduce the incidence of occupation exposure,and protect for their occupation safety to the maximum extent.
