摘　　要：传统闽商精神源于闽商文化,是构成闽商文化的内核与基石,是正在崛起的新一代闽商企业文化精神层面建设的思想源泉。由于传统闽商精神所产生的特定社会背景和历史局限制约了其升华和创新,因此,在新的历史条件下,探索和挖掘传统闽商精神,实现其现代性转化,是新闽商企业文化建设的关键。The spirit of Fujian businessman,originated from Fujian businessman culture,is its core and cornerstone,and a source of ideas for the upcoming corporate culture in its spiritual and moral construction.But the background has limited the upgrading and updating of Fujian corporate culture today.We should explore the best and the fundamentals of it,and work to make a modern change of it,which is the key for the development and growth of the new Fujian corporate culture.
