摘　　要：介绍了婴幼儿配方奶粉中反式脂肪酸、月桂酸、豆蔻酸、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、EPA和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)氧化后的产物、合成酚类抗氧化剂等脂类风险物质的来源、对人体的危害及其检测方法。The possible lipids risk materials in formula milk powder for infant and young children are reviewed.These materials including trans fatty acid,lauric acid,myristic acid,Eicosapentaenoic acid（EPA）,the oxygenized product of EPA and DHA,synthetic phenolic antioxidants.The sources of these risk materials,the harm to human health and the determination methods of these lipids risk materials are also introduced.
