摘  要:深化教学管理体制改革,增强学校宏观教学管理能力,发挥二级学院教学管理主体作用,有效实施教学质量监控,是确保人才培养质量的关键。构建二级教学管理体制下高职教学质量监控体系,须明确学校和二级学院的教学监管权限,制订完善的教学管理制度,加强校院二级教学检查,开展校院二级教学督导,完善教学信息反馈制度,畅通信息反馈渠道,搭建教学管理信息化平台,建立教学工作考评与激励机制。Deepening the reform of education management system,enhancing the capacity of schools macro teaching management,playing the main role of secondary colleges teaching management and effectively implementing teaching quality monitoring are key to ensure the quality of personnel training.To construct the two-level teaching quality monitoring system for higher vocational education,the authority contents of teaching monitoring of schools and the secondary colleges should be clear,optimal teaching management system should be formulated,education examination of school and secondary collegesshould be strengthened,two level teaching supervision of school and college should be developed,teaching information feedback system should be improved,information feedback approaches should be smoothed,teaching management information platform should be built and teaching evaluation and incentive mechanism should be constructed.
