摘  要:中高职衔接是发展职业教育和培养高技能人才的必然要求。调研发现,广东省中高职衔接状况不容乐观,其主要面临的是政策性障碍。针对此,2010年广东省制定了通过高职对口自主招生和中高职连读实现中高职衔接的政策。这一政策对于增强职业教育认可度和吸引力,促进职业教育人才培养模式和教育教学改革,完善国民教育体系都具有重要意义,但在实现政策的操作性和实效性上还有待进一步探索。The linkage of secondary and higher vocational education is necessary requirement for the development of vocational education and training of highly skilled personnel. Investigation shows that, the linkage situation between secondary and higher vocational education in Guangdong is not optimistic, and policy is the main barrier. Guangdong province had constituted the policies of achieving linkage of secondary and higher vocational education through self-recruitment of relevant higher vocational schools and continuous learning of secondary and higher vocational education in 2010, which has significant meanings in the aspects of improving recognition and attractiveness of vocational education, enhancing reform of talent cultivation model and education and teaching, and optimizing national education system, but it need further exploration in achieving operation and effectiveness of the policy.
