战时职业补习教育的发展及其当代启示

摘　　要：战前的职业补习教育过于重视商业补习和学校教育形式,存在教学配套措施缺乏等问题。抗日战争期间,职业补习教育的重心发生了转变,重点实施了工农职业补习教育,针对特殊群体开展职业补习教育,成立荣誉军人职业协导会,对伤残军人进行职业补习。其启示在于:要重视农村职业教育发展,进一步加强对特殊群体的职业培训。The vocational remediation education before anti-Japanese war has paid more attention to commerce remediation and the form of school education, which also face with the problems of lacking qualified teaching infrastructures and so on. In wartime, vocational remediation education transformed its emphasis to labours and peasants＇ education, and stressed providing remediation education for special colony. They founded glory soldiers occupation association to provide remediation for the injured and disabled soldiers. It reveals that we should pay attention to the vocational educational development in rural areas and further strengthen vocational training of the special group.
