摘　　要：从虚拟企业的知识构成出发,阐述了建立知识库整合虚拟企业知识的必要性,探讨了建立虚拟企业知识贡献激励机制以获取对虚拟企业有贡献的知识的问题。Starting from the knowledge constituent of virtual enterprise,this paper expounds the necessity of establishing the knowledge base to integrate the knowledge of virtual enterprise,and probes into the problem of establishing the knowledge contribution incentive mechanism to abtain the knowledge that makes contributions to virtual enterprise.
