荤素膳食与脑梗塞关系的相关性调查

摘  要:通过对荤食组(离退体老干部)2595人和素食组(老和尚)732人的膳食与脑梗塞患病率关系的相关性调查,发现两组由于膳食结构的不同导致血脂水平及血液粘滞度的差异,由此导致两组脑梗塞患者率也有非常显著的差异p<0.005,OR=25.26。说明荤食与脑梗塞病率之间有着明显的相关性,提示早期限制荤 食的摄入可以降低脑梗塞的患病率。cases of retired army senior cadres in meat diet group and 732 cases of monks in vegetarian diet group were investigated and the prevalence rate of cerebral infarction in two group was analysed. It was found that the level of blood viscosity was higher in the meat group than in the vegetarian group,and there was significant difference of cerebral infarction prevalance between the two groups P <C 0. 005 ,OR = 25. 26. The result shows that the prevalence rate of the cerebral infarction is positively correlated with the meat diet and suggests that the intake of meat diet should be limited as early as possible.
