摘　　要：科学的评估对规范自学考试命题工作，统一命题技术标准，保证命题质量具有重要作用。为了确保评估的有效性．需要研究并制定明确的评估指标体系、可操作且易量化的评分标准以及框架化的评估流程。通过委托专业委员会评估并将评估结果反馈到命题工作中，能够提升自学考试的命题质量、完善命题监控体系、提高命题研究水平。Scientific evaluation of the subject test is very important to regulate the examination composing process of Higher Education Self-taught Examination （STE）, unify the technical standards of test development and ensure the quality of the subject test. In order to ensure the validity of the evaluation, to develop a clear evaluation index system, an operational and quantifiable evaluation standards and a formalized evaluation process is necessary. The Discipline committees is evaluator, the result of evaluation will be back to correlative test department. Then the test can be improved, the quality control system of the test can be completed better, and the research on the test development can be enhanced.
