摘  要:高职岗位英语课程改革,改变了传统单向、普适型的基础英语教学,为培养"职业素能够强"、"职业知识够用"的能直接上岗的服务类专业应用型人才奠定了基础,但高职岗位英语教学在实施过程中还存在许多误区,为有效开展和实施岗位英语课程建设,就有必要明确岗位英语课程的定义、教学目标,和蕴涵的高职教改理念,探索正确的教学模式。Vocational English teaching is a reform of English curriculum which has changed the traditional one-way,and universal type of basic English teaching,laying a foundation for training the talents of "sufficient capacity" and "enough skill and knowledge" ,who can just meet the demands of the posts. However,there are still many misunderstandings in the implementation of the vocational English,so it is a need to clarify the definition,teaching objectives,implied vocational education ideas of the vocational English course,and to explore the appropriate teaching models.
