以专业学科支撑推动辅导员专业化建设

摘　　要：辅导员岗位虽是高校不可或缺专业化岗位,但是现实中辅导员队伍专业化程度却与该岗位的专业化要求不相符。新时期高校辅导员从事的工作领域从大学生思想政治教育,并逐渐向心理咨询和学生事务管理拓展,做到术业有专攻,需要专业学科的支撑。本文提出在马克思主义理论一级学科下增设一个"大学生思想政治思想教育与管理"二级学科,作为高校辅导员队伍专业化培养的新学科,并从学科的培养目标、培养方向、课程设置、培养模式、学生生源、师资配备和教材建设等方面探索辅导员专业培养体系。A counselor is a specialized position and is indispensable to a university. However, the specialization level of the counselor is not in accordance with the specialized requirement of this position in reality. In the new period, the working field of the counselor is gradually expanding from undergraduates＇ ideological-political education to psychological counseling and affairs administration of the students. Thus the professional discipline is in great need to foster specialized counselors, by which the counselor might become a master in his own special field. In this paper, a new sub-discipline of ＂undergraduates＇ ideological-political education and management＂ was suggested to setup under the discipline of Marxist theory, which can be applied in training specialized university counselors. In addtion, the professional training system of the counselor were discussed in this paper as following： the training objective, the training direction, the curriculum, the training mode, the source of students, group of teaching staffs and construction of teaching material.
