摘　　要：本文针对低聚异麦芽糖发展中存在的问题,阐述了如何研究应用低聚异麦芽糖生理功能,开发功能食品,拓展销售市场,以及如何在改进工艺、完善配套设备基础上提高产品质量。Aimed at the problems existed in the development of iso-maltooligosacchride, this paper is expounded how to develop the varieties of functional foods and the market of isomaltooligosac-ehride through the study of the physiological functions of isomal-tooligosacchride. How lo enhance the quantity of production by the improvement of the process and the necessary equipment is also discussed.
