摘 要:目的调查教学医院临床护理带教老师的工作满意度并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法 ,用自行设计的一般情况调查表和通用明尼苏达满意度问卷短式量表(short-form mental status questionnaire,S-MSQ)对上海市5所教学医院的200名临床护理带教老师工作满意度现状及其相关因素进行问卷调查,对调查结果分别行t检验、Spearman相关分析和多元回归分析。结果临床护理带教老师工作满意度总体在中等以上;工作志愿、职业前景、工作自主性、参与决策、领导类型、工作独立性、报酬、成就感及医院政策影响着带教老师工作的满意度。结论管理者采用针对性的措施激励带教老师,可提高带教老师的工作满意度,保证临床教学医院教学和临床工作的质量。Objective To describe the current status of job satisfaction of clinical nursing teachers,and to analyze the factors that affect their perceptions.Methods A total of 200 clinical nursing teachers from 5 teaching hospitals in shanghai were selected with convenience sampling and surveyed with a self-made general questionnaire and short-form mental status questionnaire(S-MSQ)focusing on the current status of job satisfaction.The datas were analyesd with t square tests,Spearman and multivariate logistic regression analysis independently.Results The findings confirmed moderate to high levels of job satisfaction among the clinical nursing teachers.Factors such as professional aspiration,vocational perspective,working autonomy,participation in policy decisions,leadership style,working independence,reward distribution,sense of accomplishment,hospital policy made the greatest contribution to clinical nursing teachers' job satisfaction.Conclusion The nursing administrators can promote the job satisfaction of clinical nursing teachers and ensure the high quality of clinical nursing education and clinical practice by using the most effective motivation factors.
