摘 要:目的了解护士个人知识管理现状及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的护士个人知识管理问卷对重庆市万州区972名执业护士进行问卷调查。结果护士个人知识管理过程总分为(2.52±0.51)分,各维度评分获取知识为(3.03±0.55)分、整理知识为(2.31±0.77)分、保存知识为(2.08±0.88)分、共享知识为(2.24±0.69)分、创新知识为(2.57±0.68)分。不同性别、职称、职务、级别医院护士的个人知识管理过程得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);学习的客观因素、信息素养、对个人知识管理的认识显著影响个人知识管理过程(均P<0.01)。结论护士个人知识管理还处于初级阶段,未进行有意识、系统的个人知识管理,且受较多因素的影响。需加强护士个人知识管理的培训,指导其采用科学的个人知识管理策略,以提高护士的学习能力及工作效率。Objective To explore individual knowledge management among nurses and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 972 nurses at Wanzhou district of Chongqing municipality were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire in terms of individual knowledge management.Results Total score of individual knowledge management among nurses were 2.52±0.51,with the dimensions of knowledge obtainment,knowledge arrangement,knowledge preservation,knowledge sharing,knowledge innovation scoring 3.03±0.55,2.31±0.77,2.08±0.88,2.24±0.69,2.57±0.68 respectively.Nurses with different genders,professional titles,positions,and nurses working in different levels of hospitals achieved significantly different scores in individual knowledge management(P0.05,P0.01);objective factors of study,informational diathesis and cognition affected individual knowledge management(P0.01 for all).Conclusion Individual knowledge management of nurses is in the initial stage and affected by multiple factors.It is necessary to provide training program on individual knowledge management for nurses,instruct them to adopt scientific strategies of knowledge management,and finally improve their ability of study and work,and upgrade the core competition capability of hospital.
