摘 要:[目的]优化天然牛磺酸的提纯工艺,寻找质优价廉的牛磺酸提取生物原料。[方法]以紫贻贝废弃液为原料,首先对其氨基酸含量进行分析,再采用离子交换法提纯牛磺酸,并从进样量、上柱液pH值及洗脱速度3个方面优化牛磺酸的分离纯化工艺。[结果]贻贝废弃液的浓缩液(DBM)营养丰富,氨基酸种类齐全,牛磺酸含量高达1.65%;牛磺酸分离纯化的最佳工艺条件为:进样量5 ml,pH值4.5,洗脱速度5 ml/min;提纯后获得白色针状的牛磺酸晶体,得率为0.52%。[结论]DBM是理想的牛磺酸提取的生物原料,优化后的提取工艺得率较高,值得推广。[Objective] The aim was to optimize the extraction process of natural taurine and looking for inexpensive high-quality biomass of taurine extraction.[Methods] With Mytilus edulis linneas waste fluids as raw material,whose amino acid content was analyzed firstly,and then taurine extraction was performed by Ion-exchange method,separation and purification technology of taurine were optimized from three aspects such as the injection volume,the pH value of liquid and elution rate.[Result] The concentrated solution of Mytilus edudis linneas Waster Fluids(DBM) nutrient components were rich,which had full range of the essential amino acid and contained 1.65% of taurine;The optimum process conditions of taurine purification were as follows: injection volume 5 ml,pH value 4.5,elution rate 5 ml/min;White needle-like crystals of taurine was obtained with the yield as high as 0.52%.[Conclusion] DBM was the ideal biomass for taurine extraction,the yield was higher with the optimized extraction process,which was worth to promote.
